WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will send a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, however, as our team is small there may be some delays during busy periods but we always strive to dispatch as soon as we can. -
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do ship internationally. If your shipping destination country is not recognised at the checkout then please get in touch with us for a bespoke quote on +44 (0)1798 343301 or sales@tallulahfox.co.uk. Your order can be paid for by card over the phone or by bank transfer
Please note, we will need to add additional charges for international orders and that all duties and tax are the responsibility of the customer. -
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Full price items are eligible for a refund when returned within 28 days from delivery. All sale items must be returned within 14 days from delivery.

WHAT TIPS DO YOU HAVE FOR BURNING CANDLES?
Each time you want to burn your candle, start by trimming the wick to around 1/4 inches long.
Once your candle's lit, don’t extinguish until the top layer of wax has melted all the way across.
Burn your candle for 4 hours at a time.
Keep the flame away from draughts
