Handmade in the Czech Republic by skilled glassmakers, each jug features Klimchi’s distinctive raised hobnail texture combined with layers of beautifully contrasting colour. The traditional glassmaking technique gives every piece wonderful depth and individuality, particularly where the different colours meet and blend through the glass.
Generously proportioned and beautifully balanced, these jugs are perfect for serving water, juices and cocktails, while their sculptural shape and extraordinary colour make them equally appealing displayed simply as a decorative object or filled with flowers.

As each Klimchi jug is individually handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, size and the distribution of the hobnail pattern are to be expected. These variations are a characteristic of handmade glass and ensure that every jug is unique.
Traditional Czech Glassmaking
The Czech Republic has a centuries-old tradition of exceptional glassmaking, and Klimchi combines these traditional skills with bold contemporary colour and design.
Each jug is shaped by hand while the glass is hot, creating its distinctive form and tactile hobnail surface. The multicoloured designs add another dimension, with variations in tone and colour placement making every piece subtly different.
