Ester & Eric Metallic Taper Candles - 42 cm High - Pack of 4
Elegant, exceptionally tall and beautifully slender, these Ester & Erik Metallic Taper Candles bring a sophisticated glow to a dining table, mantelpiece or festive display.
Made in Denmark, each candle is 42 cm tall with Ester & Erik’s distinctive tapered shape and elegant pointed tip. The metallic finish gently reflects the candlelight, making these particularly lovely for evening entertaining and special occasions.
Choose from two warm metallic shades - Gold, with its rich golden finish or Champagne, a softer and more understated metallic tone. Both colours work beautifully with antique brass, silver, coloured glass and ceramic candle holders.
Their impressive 42 cm height makes these candles particularly effective when used in pairs or groups at different points along a dining table. Despite their dramatic proportions, their slim silhouette allows them to add height without overwhelming a table setting.
Made from high-quality fragrance-free paraffin wax with a pure cotton wick, Ester & Erik candles are designed to burn slowly and evenly. The conical base is shaped to fit most standard candle holders and the candles are self-extinguishing towards the base for added reassurance.

Why We Love Them
The extraordinary 42 cm height is what makes these Ester & Erik candles so special. They create instant impact without taking up valuable space on the table and the metallic surface looks particularly beautiful as it catches the flickering candlelight.
Gold is perfect when you want a richer, more traditional metallic accent, while Champagne offers a softer alternative that works wonderfully with both contemporary and antique pieces.
Styling Tip
Use several candles along the centre of a dining table, mixing the heights and styles of your candle holders to create an informal tablescape. For Christmas and winter entertaining, pair the metallic finish with greenery, coloured glassware and crisp linen. Outside the festive season, Champagne is particularly easy to style with neutral ceramics and natural linens.
Candle Care
For the best possible burn, keep the wick trimmed and position candles away from draughts, direct sunlight and radiators. Leave at least 10 cm between burning candles.
We recommend extinguishing your candle with a candle snuffer rather than blowing it out. With metallic candles, carefully remove any coating that gathers around the wick before relighting.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
